These terms apply to your use of the stratialabs.com website and its blog at blog.stratialabs.com (the “site”), operated by Stratia (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the site

The site presents Stratia, a product that is still in development. It is for general information only. The Stratia software itself is not yet available, and any future access to it will be covered by separate terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site for your own information. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others;
• try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for others;
• misrepresent your connection with Stratia.

Our content

The Stratia name, logo, text, images, video and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party fonts and code libraries used on the site remain subject to their own licences.

No advice, no guarantees

Content on the site describes our product and plans as they stand today, and may change. It is not professional, legal, financial or strategic advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Comparisons on the site describe how Stratia is designed to be used; they are not benchmarks of any third-party product.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components, although we take reasonable care.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and they take effect from that date unless we state a later one. If we make a material change, we will also show a notice on the site before it takes effect. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before they took effect.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
